Description

  • Contribute to market research, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects through daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Arrange and lead presentation meetings with potential clients and present company solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and manage contracts to meet assigned sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through frequent contact and visits.
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products.
  • Log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities in the company CRM system according to best practices.
  • Work toward KPIs and coordinate multiple ongoing sales projects at the same time.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong cold calling, pipeline generation, and proactive client search skills.
  • Experience handling business presentations and leading client meetings.
  • Experience working under KPIs and deadlines while delivering results across multiple projects.
  • Experience in telecommunications, IoT, or hardware sales.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a commercial or business-related field.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, including speaking, writing, and understanding.
  • Existing connections in a relevant industry are preferred.
  • Experience with networking or connectivity products is preferred.
