Description

  • Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications.
  • Document current- and future-state business processes using tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Maintain and update process documentation and user stories as project requirements change.
  • Build and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and Invoicing, under Solution Architect guidance.
  • Create detailed documentation covering integrations, customizations, and system configurations to support maintenance and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Configure solutions that align with business goals and support scalable, accurate, and optimized Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance to define requirements and roadmaps.
  • Support communication between technical and business stakeholders and translate requirements into configuration tasks.
  • Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Use Salesforce-native tools and features such as Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, Dynamic Revenue Orchestration, and Invoice Management.
  • Assist in testing and validating integrations with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, and DocuSign.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and industry trends and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Evaluate and introduce new features, tools, and processes to improve Salesforce-based workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience documenting business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce-native tools and enterprise integrations such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, or DocuSign.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Willingness to participate across implementation lifecycle phases from design through post-go-live support.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for certain roles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is relevant to the role.
