Description

  • Meet residents at their homes to introduce GFiber internet services.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline and follow up through multiple channels.
  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools to organize daily work and maximize sales impact.
  • Work closely with teammates to share best practices and support market sales goals.
  • Represent GFiber in the field as the primary point of contact for prospective customers.
  • Travel throughout assigned neighborhoods and navigate the territory to meet customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in interviews and an expedited hiring process as part of the virtual event.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation during the workday.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
  • Ability to travel and navigate assigned neighborhoods for extended periods, including stairs and sidewalks.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain value clearly.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is sought after in the Denver market.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $75,000 annually, including a $33,750 base salary and sales bonus.
  • Total annual earning potential typically ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 for high performers.
  • Uncapped performance-based sales bonus potential and accelerators.
  • $3,000 guaranteed sales bonus after the first 60 days with no minimum sales threshold.
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel within the assigned territory.
  • Company-provided laptop and mobile phone for work use.
  • Catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular team events.
  • Opportunity to move into a Senior Outside Sales Representative role in as little as 6 months, with eligibility for other advanced sales roles.
