Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Architect and maintain integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Apex issues, governor limit violations, integration failures, and platform bugs.
  • Perform data migrations, deduplication, and enrichment while protecting data integrity.
  • Monitor org health across security, performance, technical debt, and release readiness in sandbox and production environments.
  • Support release management activities, including change sets, package deployments, and post-deployment validation.
  • Contribute to Revenue Cloud implementation, including product catalog, pricing, quoting, discount approval, renewals, and contract amendments.
  • Configure and expand AI agentic capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein features, and prompt templates.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and maintain documentation for long-term platform health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a production environment.
  • Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce CPQ expertise, including product and pricing rules, quote configuration, multi-dimensional quoting, amendments, and renewals.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA), including product catalog setup, transaction pricing, and revenue lifecycle management.
  • Experience configuring or extending AI agentic features within Salesforce, such as Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or custom prompt templates.
  • Strong command of Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST and SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
  • Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification strongly preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Revenue Cloud Consultant are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workato or other enterprise integration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company with a complex, multi-product revenue model is preferred.
  • Background in the media, broadcast, or streaming technology industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks for Salesforce data pipeline work is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
