Description

  • Design, build, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for Revenue roles including SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion Sales.
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and maintain LMS content to support a seamless new hire experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, People & Culture, Revenue Ops, and IT on day-one readiness and system provisioning.
  • Build progress dashboards, monitor ramp data, and flag at-risk new hires early.
  • Develop standardized coaching plan frameworks and conduct regular check-ins with managers.
  • Maintain and expand the AI role-play scenario library, including assignment, sequencing, completion tracking, and scoring.
  • Partner with Revenue leaders and subject matter experts to create new AI role-play scenarios and review onboarding effectiveness.
  • Administer the Revenue organization’s LMS, including user provisioning, course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Support promotional readiness programs such as SDR-to-AE by helping with scheduling, content prep, and LMS assignments.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to optimize learning and enablement platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or a closely related function.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver structured onboarding or training programs, not just maintain existing ones.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Experience administering an LMS or similar learning technology platform.
  • Comfort working with data, including pulling reports, identifying trends, and translating findings into recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong organization and documentation habits.
  • High level of comfort using AI tools; Claude and Google Gemini are preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI role-play or conversation simulation platforms such as Quantified, Second Nature, or Rehearsal.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with automotive software, SaaS sales cycles, or similar technical sales environments.
  • Preferred: Experience building or supporting career path or promotional readiness programs.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or comparable sales tools.
  • Preferred: Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
