Description

  • Manage a region of airports for airport training and compliance with Guest Service Procedures.
  • Assist with training for new and existing Airport and Guest Services processes.
  • Ensure crew currency processes and training record requirements are maintained and enforced.
  • Report to the Administrator and company leadership as required by regulations and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal learning stakeholders and business partners to schedule team member training events efficiently.
  • Communicate with Airport Policies and Procedures teams about training content updates.
  • Serve as a liaison between regulatory training departments, other departments, and contract training facilities.
  • Use and manage the Qualification Training Management System (QTMS).
  • Assist with internal and external audits of training records, qualifications, and authorizations.
  • Support the Airport Training Manager with qualification and authorization status for Airport Team Members and Business Partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior experience in airports and/or airport training.
  • Working experience in both Above and Below Wing operations.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work outside business hours when needed.
  • Must be willing to work with other departments as needed.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility.
  • Must successfully complete airport above and below wing training.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire for success.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations Part 121 N&O (preferred).
  • 4-year degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience using an Electronic Record Keeping and Scheduling System (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
