Description

  • Own the Tekion Certified credential program across certification tracks and product/business lines.
  • Design and develop item banks and exam question sets aligned to learning objectives and Bloom’s taxonomy.
  • Configure and manage certification and LMS platforms, including project setup, form building, delivery settings, and reusable templates.
  • Lead cut score and psychometric processes, including Angoff facilitation and SME panel coordination.
  • Maintain and update certification content as products change, coordinating with product and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop certification program policies, candidate communications, and operational procedures.
  • Own certification reporting and program health metrics across SkillJar and Caveon for relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for certification processes so others can execute independently.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues independently before escalating.
  • Deliver training sessions and coaching to internal teams on platforms, processes, and tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing certification exams and programs.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and certification development/delivery platforms.
  • Proficiency with SkillJar, Caveon, and Scorpion is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted content development workflows.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Experience with learning analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS or enterprise software certification programs such as Salesforce or Workday is preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
