Description

  • Investigate sources of member frustration and delight using feedback, support conversations, social channels, app reviews, and operational data.
  • Build and evolve tools, automations, and AI-enabled workflows that help teams access and use member insights more effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manual analysis, reporting, and decision-making through automation and new approaches to surfacing sentiment at scale.
  • Turn complex findings into clear narratives for product teams, business leaders, and executives.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses on key member experience topics, including root-cause analysis, impact quantification, and opportunity identification.
  • Shape and deliver company-wide sentiment readouts to keep teams connected to member experiences and priorities.
  • Proactively investigate emerging issues and surface insights that help Chime better understand and serve its members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, product management, product operations, strategy & operations, user research, customer insights, analytics, or a similar structured problem-solving role.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A track record of turning complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, separate signal from noise, and build confidence in conclusions.
  • High curiosity, ownership, and self-motivation, with comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience using AI tools to learn quickly, investigate problems, automate workflows, or improve how work gets done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to audiences from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Genuine curiosity about member experiences and a desire to influence decisions that create meaningful impact at scale.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 to $145,000, depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligibility for a bonus and competitive equity package.
