Description

  • Curate and maintain a tiered AI curriculum ranging from foundational training to role-specific learning paths.
  • Schedule and facilitate recurring cohorts and workshops across Prague and U.S. time zones.
  • Manage enrollment, logistics, materials, and follow-up to ensure sessions are delivered successfully.
  • Drive AI adoption across the company and make AI literacy a standard expectation.
  • Build and support a network of AI champions embedded within each team.
  • Maintain the catalog of approved AI tools and learning sandboxes, and help employees access them.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Platform to incorporate responsible-use and data-handling guidance into training.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate them into practical training.
  • Track program performance metrics such as enrollment, completion, tool usage, and reported productivity.
  • Report progress and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, enablement, learning and development, or cross-functional programs.
  • Experience building or running learning programs such as technical training, L&D, developer relations, or sales/CX enablement.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools, including LLMs, AI assistants, and prompting.
  • Comfort working across Engineering, CX, Operations, Product, Finance, and People.
  • Ability to tailor training content to different audiences and build credibility across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing calendars, enrollment, content, and follow-through.
  • Ability to track program effectiveness and use data to improve outcomes.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI responsible-use or data-privacy basics is a plus.
