Description

  • Own and deliver the department’s output targets with the practice team.
  • Support departmental sales targets in collaboration with the business development team.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to shape proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Lead solution design and provide technical input during pre-sales engagements.
  • Represent the Microsoft practice in client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and prospective accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality solution delivery that drives client satisfaction and long-term value.
  • Support the Operations Director on Microsoft platforms strategy, technical governance, security, and compliance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Mentor and develop internal talent, including supporting performance reviews and certification growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Microsoft platform implementations such as M365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pre-sales and client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed delivery targets in a technical leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Power Platform Expert, or AI Business Professional are highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure and PaaS solutions is desirable.
  • Knowledge of how Azure and PaaS can work with Power Platform to deliver customer solutions is desirable.
  • Understanding of wider Microsoft SaaS offerings such as Business Central and F&O is desirable.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate alignment with TEKenable’s values of resilience, heartfelt service, always striving, and insatiable curiosity.
