Description

  • Lead pre-sales activity across Dynamics suite opportunities.
  • Run discovery sessions with customers to gather requirements.
  • Develop high-level solution designs and roadmap recommendations aligned to best practice.
  • Deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer presentations.
  • Support bids, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical input.
  • Advise customers on governance, adoption frameworks, licensing, and implementation approaches.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for Irish enterprise and public sector customers.
  • Provide assurance on security, compliance, and integration with broader Microsoft technologies.
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams on opportunity qualification, commercial proposals, feasibility checks, and project scoping.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, reusable demo assets, pre-sales collateral, training, and mentoring of junior consultants.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Microsoft Power Platform pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architect role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 1st party applications such as Sales CRM and Field Service.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and scoping Power Platform-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for Irish enterprise and public sector customers.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts as simple, value-focused business propositions.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-driven automation solutions is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ALM practices, deployment pipelines, and DevOps methodologies is desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, or similar are desirable.
  • Experience delivering pre-sales for Irish public-sector frameworks such as eTenders and OGP is desirable.
  • Applicants must be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary working authorisation.
