Description

  • Serve as the solutions and sales engineering point of contact, building customer trust to drive rapid implementation and adoption.
  • Design and implement pre-sales solutions, including analytics, processes, documentation, and technical infrastructure that speed sales and implementation timelines.
  • Optimize internal workflows and customer-facing experiences using tools and data from Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI-powered self-service systems.
  • Guide customer business and technical teams on SDK and API implementation best practices to reduce rollout timelines.
  • Triage and resolve technical issues between prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with support engineering, product, and Solutions Architects to create industry-specific playbooks and best practices.
  • Mentor customer engineering teams and share lessons learned to improve successful deployments and self-service.
  • Develop innovative solutions that accelerate sales and implementation across a diverse customer base, including PSPs, iGaming, Wallets, Exchanges, and Trad-fi.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a sales engineer, solutions engineer, solutions architect, support engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Startup environment experience is preferred.
  • Experience as an early-stage team member or early team builder is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability with APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and demo software such as Coast is a plus.
  • Knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, financial regulations, and use cases.
  • Technical experience with coding, APIs/SDKs, and AI tools such as Claude or Codex, plus automation experience.

  • Annual base salary of $170,000 to $225,000 in San Francisco and New York, plus commission if applicable.
