Description

  • Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert providing business and solutions consulting to customers and prospects.
  • Support pre-sales customer meetings with account executives, including formal presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate ITSM and other ServiceNow platform applications to prospects and customers.
  • Translate customer business issues into ServiceNow-based solutions and communicate their value clearly.
  • Gather requirements, design technical solutions, and define appropriate scope for successful project delivery.
  • Prepare time and resource estimates for engagements, including high-complexity deals and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, ServiceNow, and customer teams to position services correctly and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation.
  • Identify product improvements and stay current on ServiceNow trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain solution consulting assets such as demo instances, team collateral, and estimating details for Crossfuze offerings.
  • Assist with onboarding new Account Executives and Solutions Consultants as directed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or pre-sales experience.
  • 7+ years of functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
  • Strong technical ability to envision and architect complex software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and one additional ServiceNow platform certification.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Preference for candidates working in PST, MST, or CST time zones.
  • Experience preparing estimates for complex, multi-workstream deals and RFP responses (preferred).
  • Experience supporting software sales and delivery handoff in a consulting or pre-sales environment (preferred).
