Description

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with account executives to uncover customer business needs and align Seeq’s capabilities to their goals.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with the solutions consulting team to improve demo assets, reusable content, and pre-sales best practices.
  • Share customer feedback with product management and engineering to help shape product development.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors to position Seeq effectively.
  • Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Support cross-functional teams in creating industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators.
  • Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in a SaaS or industrial software company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or data science.
  • 2+ years of experience in an oil and gas technical role or selling B2B to the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream, or downstream).
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, data analytics, business intelligence, and/or industrial operations and process data.
  • Ability to communicate and present technical concepts to executives, directors, engineers, operators, and other varied audiences.
  • Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 25% for partner meetings, customer meetings, team events, or conferences.
