Description

  • Own and execute upsell and expansion initiatives across existing self-service customer accounts and inbound opportunities.
  • Manage a defined upsell and expansion quota and drive current MRR growth across assigned customer accounts.
  • Convert inbound, demo, marketing-sourced, free-trial, and other qualified opportunities into closed revenue.
  • Build, manage, and close a healthy upsell pipeline with strong conversion discipline and deal velocity.
  • Handle structured discovery, timely follow-up, qualification, and disciplined deal progression throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead value-based sales conversations, pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and close execution within approval limits.
  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure efficient deal execution and smooth handoffs.
  • Support pilots, demos, and proof-of-value conversations as needed.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, packaging opportunities, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account expansion, revenue growth, or partnerships in an individual contributor role.
  • Experience with major marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart.
  • Demonstrated success in upsell, cross-sell, or expansion-led revenue motions.
  • Experience handling inbound, marketing-sourced, and sales-assisted opportunities.
  • Proven track record of quota ownership and attainment.
  • Strong deal ownership and closing skills in a quota-driven environment.
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery and articulate value-based solutions.
  • Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution rigor.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Proactive use of AI to improve decision-making and streamline workflows.
