Description

  • Own a portfolio of active healthcare accounts as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive retention, expansion, and value creation.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly and executive business reviews that connect solutions to customer goals and surface new use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding, go-live execution, and ongoing customer value realization.
  • Partner with Channels and Alliances to leverage strategic relationships that improve customer outcomes.
  • Identify, qualify, and close upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by capturing feedback and surfacing product gaps and market insights.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks early, and drive renewal and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales within healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Proven success managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts in health systems, hospitals, or payers.
  • Track record of driving retention, expansion, and renewal in a quota-carrying account management role.
  • Experience building executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMIOs, VP IT, and digital transformation leaders.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments, including EMR ecosystems such as Epic, Oracle, eCW, and Meditech.
  • Familiarity with federal and state healthcare programs and regulatory frameworks affecting identity, privacy, and access.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve account management activities.
  • Experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, authentication, or fraud prevention is a strong plus.
  • Ability to navigate regulated markets and complex procurement and renewal processes.
  • Experience working in high-growth or venture-backed technology companies is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and resilience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.

  • U.S. base salary range of $233,125–$300,000, with a Mountain View, CA range of $248,125–$310,000.
