Description

  • Manage client service delivery across the insurance renewal and policy period for an assigned book of business.
  • Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders, notices of election, certificates, auto ID cards, and audit requests.
  • Research policy, coverage, and exclusion questions and coordinate responses with internal team members as needed.
  • Support Producers, Client Advocates, and Client Executives with presentations, proposals, strategy meetings, and client meetings.
  • Prepare invoicing, client allocations, and resolve billing issues in coordination with EPIC Accounting.
  • Maintain agency management systems, Share Drive files, schedules of insurance, summaries of insurance, and coverage illustrations in real time.
  • Track open items and proactively manage deliverables with internal and external clients.
  • Manage the renewal workflow, including exposure gathering, loss runs, loss summaries, submissions, proposals, policy checking, and policy delivery.
  • Coordinate certificate of insurance, auto ID card, posting notice, binding, and post-binding processes.
  • Oversee accounts receivable reporting for assigned accounts and engage producers or client leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role at an insurance broker.
  • 3+ years of construction commercial account management experience.
  • Full knowledge of property and casualty lines of coverage and the end-to-end insurance renewal process.
  • Property and Casualty Broker License required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Insurance industry designations preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Remote work eligibility for candidates located in Arizona, Portland, or Las Vegas.

  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000, excluding bonuses and benefits.
