Description

  • Support assigned Account Executives with post-sale campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
  • Manage day-to-day account responsibilities to ensure solutions are properly implemented.
  • Maintain daily communication with advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • Coordinate client schedules across television and digital, including special projects and promotions.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, Research, and Creative Services to support client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and training to stay current on products, services, sales processes, and company offerings.
  • Identify new and incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign results.
  • Assist with contracts, avails, traffic, make-goods, collections, and overall customer service.
  • Track audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment metrics.
  • Set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry, and revisions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing solutions, including broadcasting and digital advertising, is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and advertising solutions is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
