Description

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, including logistics, training coordination, documentation completion, and new hire communication.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including logistics, checklists, exit documentation, and transition support.
  • Serve as a primary resource for team members and managers on People Operations policies, procedures, and training.
  • Process personnel changes such as promotions, transfers, bonuses, information updates, and manager changes.
  • Conduct onboarding checkpoints, Stay Interviews, and Exit Interviews to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and People Operations systems, including BambooHR and other HR tools.
  • Monitor and resolve People Operations help tickets and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Create, update, and improve People Operations documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Support training programs by assigning journeys, tracking progress, and updating content.
  • Assist with benefits administration, compliance activities, special projects, system testing, and other HR-related work as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent HR operations experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and process management.
  • Preferred experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Preferred ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Experience creating training content or documentation is preferred.
  • Exposure to compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with HR Information Systems, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack; familiarity with GitHub for documentation management is a plus.
  • Preferred professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
