Description

  • Manage project workflows and coordinate delivery across multiple game art production projects.
  • Lead teams through instruction and example to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Collaborate with a diverse internal team to support high-quality content creation.
  • Track project progress across milestones and large-team production cycles.
  • Create budget and time estimates for asset production.
  • Support production planning across game art pipelines and workflows.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to maintain organization and alignment.
  • Oversee administrative work using office tools such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in game art production.
  • Strong understanding of game production pipelines and workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of project management.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams by instruction and example.
  • Experience with office admin programs such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Experience with multiple software packages and game engines such as 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, Unity, and Unreal is preferred.
  • Understanding of industry-standard techniques and tools is preferred.
  • Ability to create budget and time estimations for asset production is preferred.
  • Experience working with large teams and milestones is preferred.
  • Mixed resume or portfolio with 2D/3D, rigging/animation, tech, or VFX examples is preferred.
  • This is a fully remote ongoing contract position.
  • This position is not available to California residents.
