Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks through proactive relationship management.
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on job boards, professional networks, and internal systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams to create a seamless candidate experience.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, SLAs, and pipeline activity.
  • Promote TechnologyAdvice’s culture, values, and career opportunities as a brand ambassador.
  • Support recruiting process improvements, including the testing and adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate on special recruiting projects such as career fairs, diversity hiring initiatives, and process optimizations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
  • Comfort with experimenting with new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an active presence on LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while multitasking.
  • Resilience and adaptability when facing setbacks or changing priorities.
  • A genuine interest in TechnologyAdvice’s mission and a collaborative, supportive team mindset.
  • Experience recruiting B2B sales professionals is preferred and will help candidates stand out.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer-approved US state and maintain work authorization throughout employment.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
