Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare IT products from conception to launch.
  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product direction plans aligned with market needs and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations to deliver scalable software solutions.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements aligned with corporate goals and customer experience metrics.
  • Manage roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop product features that solve customer problems and recommend product positioning to Product Marketing.
  • Oversee pricing and packaging programs that support product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Prepare product specifications, use case documentation, and user interface wireframes.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, support issues, win/loss data, and market/customer research to inform decisions.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in management information systems, project management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Product Manager in healthcare software or a related role.
  • Experience with SAFe and Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating global teams.
  • Experience with full-lifecycle product management and delivery.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
  • Experience using Salesforce for CRM.
  • Experience using Tableau and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience using Figma and Miro for collaboration and product work.
  • Experience in the healthcare software field is required; related experience may be considered.

  • Salary range of $128,627 to $175,000 per year.
