Description

  • Ship product faster using AI-assisted prototyping and an internal coding agent to move ideas from concept to production.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization toward the squad’s north star metric.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to define and deliver solutions.
  • Write clear, decision-ready PRDs and deeply evaluate user and business tradeoffs.
  • Use data and dashboards to inform decisions, run analyses, and track progress.
  • Design and run experiments to quickly test and iterate on hypotheses.
  • Conduct research by synthesizing market signals, competitive intelligence, and user feedback.
  • Maintain a fast-moving product development process through clear communication and tight documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience driving product decisions and building product features in another role.
  • Strong user empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Clear communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow for research, writing, analysis, prototyping, or shipping.
  • Comfort using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and analyze dashboards.
  • Ability to learn in ambiguity, act quickly, and follow through on commitments.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong interest in UX and ability to articulate product improvements clearly.
  • Bonus: experience in labor marketplaces, healthcare tech, or an early-stage startup.
  • Bonus: experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Replit, or v0 to build prototypes or ship features.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $128,000-$165,000 for Tier 1 locations, $115,000-$150,000 for Tier 2, $110,000-$140,000 for Tier 3, and $100,000-$130,000 for Tier 4.
  • Remote-first with hybrid expectations if based in San Francisco, plus occasional onsite meetings and team events.
  • Stipends for home office setup, continuing education, and monthly wellness.
