Description

  • Define Coursera's multi-year mobile strategy and position mobile as a growth engine for the company.
  • Lead product execution from discovery and design through delivery and optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to ship mobile experiences.
  • Influence mobile investment and priorities across the product organization.
  • Champion learner needs and translate user insights into engaging, accessible mobile experiences.
  • Use experimentation, behavioral insights, and data to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
  • Raise the bar for product craft and set standards for how mobile products are built.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with consumer or enterprise products.
  • Experience shaping mobile platform or portfolio investment strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Experience establishing frameworks, planning mechanisms, or quality standards adopted by other teams.
  • Experience shipping native mobile app capabilities for iOS and Android at scale.
  • Experience leading large, complex product initiatives across multiple teams with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience using quantitative data, experimentation, and user research to guide product decisions.
  • Experience in user-centered design and partnering with designers to create intuitive experiences (preferred).
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across an organization (preferred).
  • Knowledge of mobile growth and engagement levers, including retention, notifications, and onboarding (preferred).
  • Experience navigating iOS and Android release cycles and guidelines (preferred).
  • Passion for lifelong learning and Coursera's mission (preferred).
