Description

  • Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and orchestrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
  • Implement error handling, observability, and reusable design patterns to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Architect multi-agent systems, including tool selection, planning loops, state management, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Partner with stakeholders to make enterprise systems agent-callable tools for AI workflows.
  • Build guardrails, fallbacks, and error recovery for non-deterministic automation workflows.
  • Design and automate data flows that support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-driven insights.
  • Own the end-to-end RAG lifecycle, including ingestion, chunking strategy, embeddings, vector storage, and reranking.
  • Implement data quality checks and architectural safeguards to ensure high-fidelity datasets for AI agents.
  • Write modular scripts in Python, Ruby, SQL, or JavaScript to support integrations, data transformation, and automation.
  • Apply data governance practices and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and version control in GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integration, automation, AI, or software engineering, including 1+ year of hands-on Workato experience.
  • Proven experience with enterprise iPaaS tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, or similar.
  • Deep proficiency in designing and architecting complex AI workflows and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Snowflake.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Python, Ruby, or similar languages, using APIs to build scalable enterprise systems.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Snowflake Cortex Search, and pgvector for RAG.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and implementing agentic architecture in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS preferred.
  • Experience using GitHub for version control, Jira for work tracking, and Confluence/Lucid for documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to execute under minimal supervision.
  • Workato Automation Pro, Foundations, or SnowPro certifications preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $127,000 to $145,000 USD for Zone 1, with specific compensation determined by experience, qualifications, role requirements, and geo zone.
