Description

  • Own assigned workstreams end-to-end within larger client engagements.
  • Build and ship production work directly in client codebases and environments.
  • Contribute to discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews with senior engineers.
  • Translate ambiguous client problems into scoped, deliverable work.
  • Identify risks and blockers early and escalate decisions outside your scope appropriately.
  • Document and hand off working software or automations that can stand on their own.
  • Contribute at least one reusable artifact or pattern back to the practice before each engagement closes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of software engineering, technical delivery, or business systems experience.
  • Ability to self-direct on assigned scope with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of: LLM application development, cloud-native development, backend engineering, or business automation tooling.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort delivering before all requirements are defined.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs such as Claude or AWS Bedrock, including prompt architecture, tool use, and basic agent patterns (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development, AWS, containerization, or backend systems (preferred).
  • Experience rapidly prototyping ambiguous problems into working proof-of-concepts (preferred).
  • Background in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services environment (preferred).
  • Deep fluency in Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing for operational roles (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, or similar business automation tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, D365, Workday, or ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Experience supporting AI or digital adoption programs for non-technical audiences (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
