Description

  • Establish and manage strong relationships with TeamSnap’s sports organization customers.
  • Drive customer retention and product adoption across assigned accounts.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer goals and recommend TeamSnap solutions.
  • Work toward and exceed business sales goals and quotas.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to support customer success.
  • Make outbound calls and engage prospects or customers as needed, including cold calling.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and ChurnZero to manage accounts and workflows.
  • Participate in occasional travel for company meetings, sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
  • Strong B2B relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely across time zones as part of a fully remote company.
  • Comfortable traveling occasionally for company meetings, sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Sports industry experience is preferred.
  • Cold calling experience is a big plus.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer operations and goals.
  • Resilient, resourceful, customer-focused, and collaborative work style.
