Description

  • Manage a dual-channel pipeline across high-value inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  • Own and penetrate a named account list of 100-200 high-potential prospects.
  • Execute multi-threaded, omnichannel outreach to build and develop a personal sales pipeline.
  • Leverage AI prospecting tools to identify high-intent leads and uncover referral-based opportunities.
  • Develop deep expertise in target sports or competitor software providers and act as a go-to specialist.
  • Run the full sales cycle from qualification through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Conduct in-depth, web-based product demos and uncover customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, peers, and sales leadership to align strategy and deliver value.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, especially in new business development.
  • Experience with SaaS or the sports industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive, resilient mindset with the ability to bounce back quickly from rejection.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building their own pipeline.
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to help sports organizations succeed.
  • Ability to work fully remote and collaborate across time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
