Description

  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all channels and business units.
  • Ensure brand consistency across branches, suppliers, events, campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Develop brand guidelines, standards, and asset libraries.
  • Lead creative direction for national campaigns, promotions, and key business initiatives.
  • Translate commercial objectives into effective creative concepts and campaign toolkits.
  • Create scalable local area marketing templates and support branch openings, trade nights, sponsorships, and local promotions.
  • Produce digital assets for websites, EDMs, social media, digital advertising, internal communications, and in-branch displays.
  • Design and manage print materials including catalogues, flyers, POS, signage, merchandise, events, and corporate collateral.
  • Prepare finished, print-ready files and manage external printers and production suppliers.
  • Maintain editable templates and reusable assets across PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft 365.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Digital, HR, Merchandising, and Regional teams via Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, creative leadership, or brand management.
  • Advanced, expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
  • Experience across both print and digital channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management capability.
  • Strong catalogue and retail marketing background.
  • Strong EDM/email marketing and design experience.
  • Website and digital campaign asset design experience.
  • Canva and PowerPoint capability.
  • Portfolio required demonstrating retail, trade, or B2B creative work.
  • Excellent written English, strong self-editing ability, and high attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Teams proficiency for chat, ideation, and workload/task tracking.
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or B2B environments is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence is highly regarded.
  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up creative and marketing workflows.
  • Motion design or moving image capability is valued.
