Description

  • Own and maintain the live service content roadmap for the HLL franchise and future games.
  • Define and manage the content calendar for maps, updates, seasonal events, limited-time content, and DLC drops.
  • Prioritise the product backlog across new features, content, and technical improvements.
  • Translate franchise strategy into quarterly and annual content plans aligned across development, marketing, and publishing.
  • Define, track, and report on live service KPIs including DAU, MAU, retention, session length, engagement, and churn signals.
  • Use player data, community feedback, and competitive research to identify friction and shape product responses.
  • Own a structured community feedback loop and partner with Community Management to represent player sentiment in planning.
  • Own the monetisation approach for cosmetics, DLC, and seasonal content for a premium PC and console audience.
  • Forecast revenue impact of new content releases and live events with portfolio leadership and finance.
  • Lead live readiness processes, including go/no-go criteria, release risk assessment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Brief marketing teams on upcoming live service moments and ensure plans translate into coordinated execution.
  • Lead retrospectives after major releases and feed learnings into future planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or live operations in the games industry, with direct responsibility for a live service content calendar and engagement or commercial KPIs.
  • Real-world experience in the games industry from a developer, publisher, or both.
  • Experience working on PC or console titles.
  • Understanding of how premium PC and console live services differ from free-to-play or mobile games in player expectations and commercial mechanics.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally across development, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical capability with product dashboards, performance data, and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write product briefs and run cross-functional meetings.
  • Highly organised and delivery-focused, able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Player-first mindset with an understanding of long-term engagement and loyalty in premium games.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort discussing revenue trade-offs and business outcomes.
  • Personal familiarity with Hell Let Loose or similar tactical shooters such as Squad, Gray Zone, the Arma series, or DCS World (bonus).
  • Experience managing live service across more than one title or within a franchise context (bonus).
  • Hands-on exposure to PC and console DLC and cosmetics monetisation (bonus).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GameAnalytics, and Amplitude, or equivalent (bonus).
