Description

  • Manage a personal acquisitions pipeline and close 1–2 deals per month.
  • Run comps, price deals, and support reductions, negotiations, and deal movement.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train acquisitions representatives.
  • Coach team members through live calls and pipeline management.
  • Hold daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones with reps.
  • Review calls, lead activity, and CRM usage for quality and accountability.
  • Monitor pipeline health, lead flow, and adherence to sales process standards.
  • Audit lead assignment and drive accountability across the team.
  • Create training resources and sales coaching materials.
  • Help drive team performance through competition and ongoing sales management.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Strong sales background with the ability to personally close deals.
  • Real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred.
  • Comfort working inside CRMs and managing pipelines.
  • Strong accountability and leadership mindset.
  • Ability to train and develop newer reps into producers.
  • Competitive, hands-on, and performance-driven personality.
  • Experience building or leading a sales team is preferred.
  • Must be willing to operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role with occasional travel for training and team meetings.
  • $48,000 base salary.
  • 14% commission on self-generated production.
  • 3% override on production from reps you hire and manage.
  • Estimated full-ramp earnings of approximately $155K+ annually.
