Description

  • Expand the existing client base and grow product portfolio within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and apply optimized pricing strategies in line with strategic guidelines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Report on account development, address identified pain points, and adjust sales forecasts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare contracts.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs and preparing customized solutions.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate promotional plans for each client.
  • Visit existing clients and stores to assess needs, promote products, and support POS material placement.
  • Train store sales staff on products and selling initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally in the bedding or furniture sector.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with C2-level English; other EU languages are a plus.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and has a proactive, go-getting attitude.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driving license is required.
