Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Assess incoming requests and prioritize matters requiring executive attention.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation in advance of executive engagements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, executive reviews, and leadership events.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting logistics, and required materials, and take meeting minutes when needed.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and travel documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems, manage administrative processes, monitor deadlines, and support special projects and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Business Administration, Executive Administration, or related fields are advantageous.
  • Significant experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership teams.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth, or global organizations preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, events, and board-level activities is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience supporting CEOs or executive leadership teams across multiple geographies is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and business communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
