Description

  • Generate new leads and drive recurring subscription revenue from new customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and agreement completion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and act as a subject matter expert and advisor to prospective customers in the assigned market segment.
  • Conduct needs assessments with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and a clear value proposition to potential customers.
  • Maintain an organized database of accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Forecast revenue opportunities accurately and manage pipeline performance.
  • Prospect heavily by phone and outbound sales activity, including daily call volume and self-generated outreach.
  • Plan and manage territory coverage and sales development efforts.
  • Travel as needed, up to 20-30%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of successful SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience running the full sales cycle from initial outreach to completed agreement.
  • Proven success managing a pipeline at 3-5x quota.
  • Ability to create and assess sales opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and results-oriented work style.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM automation tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails.
  • A self-starter with a positive, high-energy personality and a strong desire to help customers.
  • Willingness to mentor others while also learning from teammates.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
