Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks, and other paid channels.
  • Own paid campaign strategy for assigned SLED verticals by aligning messaging, targeting, ICPs, buyer personas, and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, creative, content, and marketing operations to ensure campaigns are on-brand and optimized for lead capture and conversion.
  • Use Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and forecasts while improving cost per lead and cost per opportunity.
  • Experiment with new platforms and tactics such as intent data, ABM platforms, syndication, and social to reach high-value audiences.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to support lead follow-up, closed-loop reporting, and lead quality alignment.
  • Measure and report on pipeline contribution, efficiency, funnel performance, engagement, and execution outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or paid media campaign management, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital channels to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, and familiarity with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution.
  • Experience marketing to state/local governments, higher-ed, and K-12 is preferred but not required.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building performance dashboards and optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics; Looker Data Studio experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to own results from strategy through execution.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, work on a computer, lift up to 15 pounds, and travel up to 10%.
