Description

  • Own the full outbound email lifecycle, from infrastructure setup through campaign execution and reporting.
  • Build and manage sending infrastructure, including domain setup, mailbox provisioning, and DNS configuration.
  • Maintain deliverability health through warm-up processes, sender reputation monitoring, and inbox placement optimization.
  • Develop campaign strategy by building sequences, writing copy, segmenting audiences, and running A/B tests.
  • Source, enrich, and maintain targeted lead lists using Apollo, Clay, or similar tools.
  • Apply data hygiene and ICP segmentation to ensure outreach reaches the right audience.
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and positive reply rate.
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable next steps to improve pipeline output.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on cold email or outbound lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record managing campaigns with measurable reply rates and pipeline contribution.
  • Fluency in email deliverability, including warm-up protocols, DNS setup, blacklist monitoring, and spam trigger mitigation.
  • Proficiency with Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, or comparable outbound platforms.
  • Experience with Clay.com or AI-driven personalization at scale (preferred).
  • Existing playbooks or proven outbound frameworks that can be deployed immediately (preferred).
  • Background in B2B SaaS or agency outbound environments (preferred).
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write concise, personalized outreach that generates replies (preferred).
