Description

  • Identify and advise prospective customers as a subject matter expert on trends and topics relevant to the assigned market segment.
  • Drive recurring subscription revenue through new customer acquisition within a defined territory.
  • Expand existing account revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned enterprise sales quotas.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new customers and expansion sales with assigned customer success managers.
  • Conduct needs assessments with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Uncover customer business objectives and challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Present product features and benefits in a consultative manner and coordinate demonstrations with solutions consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Promote company capabilities within assigned market segments and support the full sales process from discovery through close.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in full-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record closing deals in the $50K–$250K ACV range.
  • Consistent quota attainment of 80%+ over multiple years, ideally 90%+ in the most recent year.
  • Experience managing 8–12 active opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with buyer personas such as IT, Operations, and Finance.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Ability to articulate deal strategies, value propositions, and ROI with clear examples.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong discovery questioning skills.
  • Experience running 3–6 month sales cycles and navigating basic procurement processes.
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources such as SEs, CSMs, and executives effectively.
  • Consistent CRM hygiene, detailed opportunity notes, and accurate forecasting.
  • Familiarity with MSAs, redlines, and basic contract negotiations.
  • Strong written and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to director-level stakeholders.
  • Emotional intelligence, objection-handling ability, and a professional presence that builds credibility quickly.
  • Familiarity with workforce management, SaaS, or adjacent industries is preferred.
  • Prior B2B SaaS or intangible solution sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite at a desk for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and travel up to 25%.
  • TCP is not able to sponsor visas for this role.
