Description

  • Partner with enterprise account executives to build account plans, define target personas, map buying committees, and set engagement priorities for top accounts.
  • Develop account intelligence briefs that provide sales teams with company context, business challenges, and buying signals before outreach.
  • Maintain and refine target account lists in coordination with sales leadership and revenue operations.
  • Track account engagement signals and surface insights that help sales teams prioritize outreach timing.
  • Design and execute account-specific multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, and other channels.
  • Create personalized content assets such as one-pagers, landing pages, and executive briefs for specific accounts and buyer personas.
  • Coordinate executive-level engagement programs with the events team, including dinners, roundtables, and field events tied to target accounts.
  • Manage gifting, direct mail, and other physical touchpoint programs for target accounts.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for the enterprise sales team and participate in deal reviews, account strategy sessions, and QBRs.
  • Track ABM performance, report on engagement and pipeline metrics, and continuously test and refine messaging and tactics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on account-based marketing in an enterprise or mid-market segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with enterprise sales teams and operate as a marketing-sales partner.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital, field, and direct programs.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense, marketing automation tools such as Marketo (preferred), and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop compelling, personalized content for executive audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort tracking pipeline influence, account engagement, and program ROI.
  • Experience in workforce management, HCM, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work cross-functionally, and influence outcomes across key stakeholders.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10%.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
