Description

  • Manage day-to-day project coordination across all active marketing deliverables.
  • Assign tasks to two marketing VAs and oversee the quality and completion of their output.
  • Route content through compliance review on time and to the correct approvers.
  • Maintain a clean project tracker with status, owner, and due date for every deliverable.
  • Provide weekly syncs or live status updates on shipped work, in-progress items, and blockers.
  • Proactively identify and escalate blockers and capacity issues before they affect delivery.
  • Document processes and SOPs as the department grows.
  • Keep leadership informed with concise updates without unnecessary noise.

Requirements

  • Direct experience managing at least two remote contractors or employees whose output you were responsible for.
  • Fluency with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or an equivalent project management tool.
  • Prior experience in a compliance-adjacent environment with content approval workflows, preferably in financial services, legal, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Clear and precise written communication with specific updates and deadlines.
  • High self-direction with the ability to manage priorities and solve problems before escalating.
  • Availability during US business hours.
  • Part-time availability of 20 hours per week.
  • Comfort working in a role where compliance workflows are standard and expected.

Benefits
