Description

  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for field sales team members using a defined sales methodology and territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Manage lead generation and follow-up activity on inbound leads within your territory.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive territory results.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and product teams on messaging, field events, and campaigns.
  • Build knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends through training and enablement.
  • Develop strong communication skills and deliver effective reporting back to the business.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics, including calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
  • Work closely with team members and business partners in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping customers solve pressing Security and IT needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business and serve as a trusted resource.
  • Ability to work closely with a high-energy, dynamic sales team on strategic sales approaches.
  • Eagerness and curiosity to learn.
  • Commitment to getting 1% better every day and being open to feedback.
  • Competitive mentality that drives you to exceed goals.
  • 1+ years of Enterprise SaaS or Security sales experience (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $41,000 to $55,000.
  • Commission eligibility.
