Description

  • Develop and manage the recruiting pipeline by finding, reviewing, and tracking potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with candidate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates in a database or tracking system.
  • Research job descriptions to better understand technology roles in a Department of Defense environment.
  • Support talent management needs for current and future EXPANSIA hiring efforts.
  • Organize, edit, format, and file EXPANSIA forms and documents.
  • Assist the Facility Security Officer with candidate security clearance information.
  • Support EXPANSIA Human Resources as needed.
  • Attend regular team, staff, and company meetings and work closely with recruiting partners.
  • Support leadership team needs while maintaining a professional demeanor as a representative of Aether Aerospace.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of recruiting, sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with candidate pipeline management in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls.
  • Ability to conduct phone or video interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with screening and selection processes.
  • Experience working in a remote work environment.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt in a growing, evolving company environment.
  • Ability to work an average of 20-30 hours per week.
  • Preferred qualifications are considered in addition to required qualifications.
  • Relevant prior work experience, education, and certifications may influence compensation.
