Description

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide a strong hiring experience.
  • Support employer branding by writing compelling job adverts and promoting internal mobility.
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Form3’s annual Performance Management Framework.
  • Drive the end-to-end performance cycle, including goal setting, in-year reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders on performance, feedback, and development initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to track performance trends and inform decisions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of People initiatives and framework rollouts at pace.

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Experience hiring globally, such as across Europe and the US.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or improving Performance Management frameworks.
  • Experience with goal setting, review cycles, and continuous feedback processes.
  • Strong knowledge of talent and people tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HRIS systems like Hibob.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver People initiatives at pace.
  • Exposure to broader Talent Management or People disciplines such as development and rewards.
  • Background in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Ability to work from within the United Kingdom.
  • 6-month contract availability.
