Description

  • Coordinate the leaders of Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships.
  • Monitor execution of commercial plans and achievement of team KPIs.
  • Build and develop commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance control systems.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sales, client management, and partnership processes and initiate improvements.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between commercial teams and other company functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and scale existing processes.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives that impact business growth and customer service quality.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in management, planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks within the commercial block.
  • Support the development of team leaders and promote a culture of accountability for results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function.
  • Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or platform solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple commercial functions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing business processes within commercial teams.
  • Understanding of B2B sales, customer relationship management, and partnership programs.
  • Experience working with international markets and distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing team leaders.
  • Solid skills in KPI management, analytics, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
