Description

  • Define and maintain a unified vision across the internal platform portfolio and prioritize investment based on business value, customer impact, and technical health.
  • Own the multi-quarter roadmap for the business unit and manage delivery against clear goals and outcome metrics.
  • Develop the long-term vision for integrating currently independent platforms into a more connected ecosystem.
  • Own the product direction for the internal agent console and its integrations with Zendesk and the broader customer support tooling stack.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners across multiple platform domains.
  • Oversee third-party AI partnerships, including vendor selection, commercial terms, SLA management, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Finance, Network/Telco Ops, and AI consumers to resolve competing stakeholder needs.
  • Work with the Director of Quality to embed quality standards, release discipline, and post-launch measurement into platform teams.
  • Own incident learnings from a product perspective, including issues involving third-party AI partners and customer service tool vendors.
  • Represent the business unit to executive leadership with clear updates on progress, risks, asks, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 4+ years leading product leaders or a team of senior Product Owners.
  • Experience owning internal or B2B platforms at scale, such as ERP, CRM/customer service tooling, telco/OSS-BSS, IoT, or enterprise AI platforms.
  • Direct experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or equivalent.
  • Experience running a multi-platform portfolio and making prioritization decisions across competing business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing third-party technology partnerships, including vendor selection, commercial negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
  • Strong technical literacy, including architecture discussions, API and data model trade-offs, and AI/ML product decisions.
  • Experience in a customer excellence, customer operations, or customer support environment.
  • Experience running a business unit or product group.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or custom systems, preferred.
  • Experience with telco systems, including billing, provisioning, or OSS/BSS, preferred.
  • Experience with IoT device management and connectivity platforms, preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms delivered through partners such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, or specialist vendors, preferred.
  • Experience defining a multi-year integration path for a fragmented internal tool landscape, preferred.
  • Exposure to regulated or high-reliability environments, preferred.
