Description

  • Support development of accessories styles, including cut-and-sew and hard goods, from concept through production.
  • Own assigned styles and development tasks with guidance from the manager.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production, and Color teams to maintain product integrity.
  • Manage style-level development tracking, seasonal WIPs, and key milestone follow-up.
  • Maintain PLM data, including style pages, BOMs, and cost sheets, with high accuracy.
  • Review cost sheets and analyze costing details to help support margin goals.
  • Communicate with vendors on timelines, sample status, costing follow-up, and MOQ alignment.
  • Escalate risks related to calendar, costing, construction, or testing in a timely manner.
  • Attend fit sessions and support follow-up to ensure changes are captured and executed.
  • Partner with PLM team members on system updates and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in accessories.
  • Understanding of socks and knits is a plus.
  • Knowledge of product construction, testing protocols, and product lifecycle timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and overseas vendor partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PLM systems.
