Description

  • Define and drive product strategy and own the roadmap for a high-priority area of the platform.
  • Own the end-to-end content creation experience for instructors, creators, and learners across Udemy and Coursera.
  • Make independent product decisions in a fast-moving environment and communicate rationale to cross-functional partners.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into integrated solutions that scale to millions of users.
  • Lead execution from ideation and analysis through development and launch.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered product features and experiences.
  • Use data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor peers and help build a high-performing product organization.

Requirements

  • Experience building, using, or experimenting with AI-driven products, especially workflow automation, conversational AI, decision support, or agentic AI.
  • Experience transitioning products from traditional UI to AI-driven or AI-first experiences.
  • Experience taking a product from zero to launch in an unclear or ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in uncertain, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to balance strategy with execution.
  • Strong curiosity, proactiveness, and foundational product skills.
  • High standards across personal work, team collaboration, and product quality.
  • Preferred: strong aesthetic sensibility and deep UX craft, with close collaboration with designers.
  • Preferred: experience understanding creator psychology and building tools that creators want to use.
  • Preferred: commercial awareness and ability to connect product choices to revenue outcomes.
  • Preferred: familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, or generative AI tools.
  • Must have eligible working rights and compatible timezone overlap with the team.

  • Annual base salary of $212,000–$265,000 USD for US Zone 2–4.
