Description

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and translate business priorities into people strategy across multiple geographies.
  • Lead organisational design discussions, including restructuring, workforce planning, and spans and layers.
  • Drive talent strategy, including succession planning, critical role identification, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Own complex employee relations cases, including senior-level, cross-border, legal, and reputationally sensitive matters.
  • Partner with the business on change management initiatives such as restructures, team transitions, and culture shifts.
  • Define and track people metrics such as retention, engagement, performance distribution, and headcount efficiency.
  • Identify systemic people issues and propose solutions rather than simply raising observations.
  • Collaborate on AI-powered HR transformation, including process automation and virtual HR tools.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour law across UA, MK, NG, and PT, as well as GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.
  • Coach and develop senior managers and team leads on leadership effectiveness and organisational health.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a true HRBP role.
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating at a strategic level.
  • Strong background in organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-geography employment environments.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and driving decisions without a full playbook.
  • Strong analytical ability, including building business cases and presenting data to leadership.
  • Fluent English is required; Ukrainian is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in tech or software services organisations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented HR tools and workflows is preferred.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act is preferred.
  • Change management certification or formal methodology experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent in daily work.
  • Understands the difference between automation and AI agents.
  • Has experimented with prompt-based workflows or AI-assisted processes in an HR context.
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring AI-powered tools such as Copilot Studio or Power Automate is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 AI ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Experience contributing to an internal AI rollout, community, or education initiative is a strong plus.
