Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with C-level, IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with hospitals, academic medical centers, and oncology-focused care providers.
  • Partner with internal teams on product demonstrations, RFP responses, and implementation support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecast updates.
  • Manage a territory with significant sales activity across multiple U.S. regions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Experience selling into complex healthcare environments such as IDNs, cancer centers, and health systems.
  • Understanding of oncology workflows, radiotherapy systems, or medical software preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region up to 50%.
  • Experience working in a remote, field-based sales role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management processes.
