Description

  • Answer incoming patient calls promptly and manage phone communications without missed calls.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments while maintaining a professional patient experience.
  • Educate patients on aesthetic, wellness, and weight loss services and upsell appropriate offerings.
  • Convert patient inquiries into booked appointments and support revenue growth through sales conversations.
  • Handle prior authorization requests and coordinate referrals with other providers.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and follow-up communications.
  • Use EClinicalWorks (ECW) for scheduling and documentation.
  • Use RingCentral for phone communication and work across multiple patient management systems.
  • Ensure documentation and approvals are completed accurately.

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience is required, preferably in a medical office, clinic, or other patient-facing healthcare role.
  • Sales or upselling experience is preferred.
  • Experience with EClinicalWorks (ECW) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
  • Excellent phone communication skills with a pleasant, confident, and professional tone.
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to create a positive patient experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English very clearly.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding.
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when needed.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
  • High-speed internet connection of at least 10 Mbps is required.
  • Noise-canceling headset is required.
  • Webcam is required for virtual meetings.
  • Must have a quiet, professional workspace.
