Description

  • Lead a small team of 2-3 Recruitment Partners and support their day-to-day work and growth.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefs with hiring managers, sourcing, interviews, feedback, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate daily with hiring managers in Poland and the United States on hiring needs and process alignment.
  • Conduct selected recruitment processes personally, especially for senior or higher-level roles and peak hiring periods.
  • Tackle projects that improve recruitment workflows, processes, and overall team efficiency.
  • Use hiring data and metrics to identify improvements and introduce more automation where possible.
  • Source, headhunt, and engage candidates from multiple channels, including passive senior-level talent.
  • Contribute ideas proactively, solve problems independently, and help shape a more effective recruitment approach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment or product company.
  • Very good English skills; fluent English is a must-have for working with the American scale-up.
  • Strong Polish language skills at C2 level.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as Lever, Personio, or similar tools.
  • Proven experience in hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level roles.
  • Ability to conduct recruitment interviews using behavioral techniques and assess culture fit.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness.
  • Availability for full-time work, occasional presence in the Warsaw office, and evening collaboration about 2 days per week.
  • Startup-oriented, proactive approach with comfort in a changing, non-formal environment.
